Thank you for your interest in The Backdrop Binder! Please note that this product is available for preorder, and its production depends on reaching the necessary number of orders. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Conditional Production
Production will only proceed if the required minimum number of preorders is met. If the project does not reach that threshold, we reserve the right to cancel production, and all preorders will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the product page are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, customs processing, or unforeseen delays. We will provide regular updates as new information becomes available.
Preorder Commitment
Your preorder represents a commitment to purchase if production proceeds. Refunds prior to dispatch will only be issued if production is cancelled or in accordance with your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law and our Refund Policy. See Refund policy for details.
Payment.
Payment for preorders is taken in full at the time of order.

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship together, unless otherwise specified.
