Thank you for shopping with Midwinter Minis Store! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Order Processing

  • Preorder items (such as The Backdrop Binder) have estimated shipping timelines provided on the product page. Please note these are estimates only and may change due to production or supplier timelines. We will keep you updated.

  • In-stock items are processed and dispatched within standard business handling times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, but may vary depending on carrier performance, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

  • Where no delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • All international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.

  • Delivery may require a signature depending on your local courier.

  • Risk of loss in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs duties, we will issue a refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Preorders

  • If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship together, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Estimated delivery dates for preorder products are provided on the relevant product page.
